Booking Terms

The terms and conditions for booking on the boat, jetcar, catamaran and fishing trip rental website are as follows:

• •The user must register on the website with their personal data and a valid credit card.
• •The user can choose from the different booking options available, depending on the type of vessel, destination, date, duration and number of people.
• •The user must pay the total amount of the booking upon confirmation. The price includes boat rental, fuel, insurance and taxes.
• •The user will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.
• •The user must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start time.
• •The user must respect the safety and navigation rules established.
• •The user is responsible for any damage they may cause to the vessel, third parties or the environment.

Cancellation Policy

The user may cancel the booking up to 48 hours before the start time, with the right to a 50% refund of the amount paid. If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours notice or the user does not show up, no refund will be given.

Cancellation due to Force Majeure

The company may cancel the booking due to force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, technical breakdowns or health issues. In such cases, the user will be offered the option to change the date or receive a full refund.
